"Checkout issue made me second-guess the order"
I had a frustrating experience where the final bill didn’t match what I thought I was agreeing to pay. The total was off, and I ended up spending extra time trying to figure out what changed. It may have just been an honest mistake, but moments like that matter because checkout is where you’re supposed to feel confident, not confused. It left me a little hesitant to trust the process, so overall it wasn’t the best experience

"Still dealing with the same problem"
I waited way too long for help, and after all that, my issue still isn’t fixed. To make it more frustrating, I kept getting pushed through automated systems that didn’t actually help or understand the problem. I just wanted a real person to sort it out, but I’m still stuck with the same issue

"Customer service was almost impossible to get..."
Customer service was almost impossible to get ahold of, and when I finally did reach someone, they acted like helping me was the last thing they wanted to do. I had to follow up multiple times and still ended up frustrated with no real resolution. what a joke. Not a good experience at all

Trying to get an appointment booked was kind of a hassle. The available times were really limited, and I ended up having to call back more than once just to see what was open. The experience itself might be fine, but the scheduling process was definitely hit or miss and not very convenient

I’m not sure if my experience was just a one-off, but the installation ended up looking sloppy. I had to call them back to fix a few things, and even after that it still doesn’t feel quite right. Maybe I’m being picky, but it was frustrating enough that I don’t think I’d use them again.

I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. The shipping took way longer than expected, and I barely got any clear updates along the way. When I tried reaching out to support, the responses were slow and not very helpful. It made the whole experience way more frustrating than it needed to be. At the very least, I feel like an apology would’ve been appropriate.

"Felt a little like a bait and switch"
I went in with a few basic questions about appliances, and the sales guy seemed like he didn’t really know the products. He kept checking the tags, but even then I was getting different answers depending on what I asked. It kind of gave me that bait-and-switch feeling, like the info I saw or was expecting didn’t line up with what I was being told in the store. I just didn’t feel confident trusting the advice, so I ended up leaving and buying somewhere else

I just tried to buy something that showed as in stock online, but when I got there it wasn’t available. Maybe this isn’t always the case, but after dealing with it so recently, it really left a bad impression. Felt like a waste of time.

I tried to return an item, and wow, apparently that’s a whole project. I had to send multiple emails, wait around for slow replies, and then try to make sense of instructions that were somehow both vague and unhelpful. Really loved the part where it felt like getting an actual answer was asking too much.
By the time someone finally got back to me, the exchange option was basically pointless for my situation. I’m still waiting for a clear update, so that’s fun. Definitely won’t be ordering again unless they figure out how to make returns less of a chore.

"Didn’t really feel very professional"
I called with what I thought was a simple question, but the whole conversation just felt kind of rushed and rude. Maybe I was catching them at a bad time, or maybe I’m overthinking it, but I didn’t feel like they really wanted to help. The answers were short and not very useful. I’m sure other people may have had a better experience, but I don’t think I’d go back.

"Not happy with the repair service"
I had a repair scheduled the whole thing was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The timing kept getting moved around, and I barely got any updates unless I called them myself. It felt like I was being forced to just sit there and be patient while they sorted things out on their own time.
When the repair finally got done, the problem still wasn’t completely fixed, which made the waiting even more annoying. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me it felt like a waste of time, and I wouldn’t choose them again.
